2.Delivery

Orders are processed the day after the order is placed. Once the shipment is processed, you can receive the product for about 5-8 days.
(Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not available.)

3.Exchange or Return

If there is any damage or defective product during delivery, we will exchange or return it.
We recommend that you immediately check all orders shipped, and let us know within 7 days of finding a defective product.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage and duration of processing.

In addition, 70% of the cancellation fee, such as freight charges and packing equipment, is incurred during the production and shipping process.
